Introduction of CCI

Management Team

a) Mr. Jack Lau --- General Manager
Mr. Jack Lau jointed the company in 1996. Before joining CCI. He worked as senior manager of some famous foreign and local companies.
He has more than 20 years solid experience in business development, manufacturing, product engineering and quality management.
Mr. Jack Lau is a lifelong learner, he can speak fluent Japanese, English, Mandarin and Cantonese. 
He holds a Bachelor Degree of Electrical and Electronic Engineering with honors 1st class from University of Leeds (UK) and A Master degree of Business and Administration from Heriot Watt University (UK).
He was a winner of Oversea Research Student (ORS) Award and Lipton & Tetley Scholarship when He studied in U.K.
He is also the member of Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (MIEEE).
To meet the challenges that the rapid development of CCI bring, Mr. Lau encourages colleagues to pursue life-long learning, be hardworking, and seek continuous improvement to meet the challenges.

b) Mr. Eddie Yang --- Manager of Finance Department
Mr. Eddie Yang joined the CCI in 1995. To enrich his career experience by widening his horizons, Mr. Yang worked in an international accounting firm for two years and returned to CCI in 1998. He leads the Accounting and Finance, Personnel and Administration departments.
Serving the CCI for over 10 years, Mr Yang has built close ties with CCI.
Mr. Yang obtained an accounting degree from University of Hong Kong, FCCA and AHKSA professional qualification.

c) Ms. May Lau --- Manager of Sales and Marketing Department
Ms. May Lau joined the CCI in 2002. Before joining CCI, she worked with a famous plastic manufacturing company as sales and operation manager. She has more than 10 years of solid experience in sales, marketing, shipping and import/export management. 
She holds a bachelor degree of business and administration from university of Oregon University (USA) and a LLB from University of London (UK).
 
d) Mr. Johnny Lau --- Factory Manager
Mr. Johnny Lau joined the CCI in 1992. Before joining the CCI, He worked as a manager of a plastic mould company. He has more than 20 years of solid experience in the management of plastic mould design and manufacturing. Mr. Johnny Lau trained up many plastic mould making masters who are playing very important roles in the plastic mould industry located in Pear River Delta and Yangtze River Delta.
He holds a Higher diploma of Mechanical Engineering from University of Polytechnic.

e) Mr. Ken Wong --- Manager of Engineering Department
Mr. Ken Wong joined the CCI in 1996. Before joining the CCI, He worked as a supervisor of a plastic mould company. He has more than 15 years of solid experience in the Engineering management of plastic mould design and manufacturing.
Mr. Wong is also one of most outstanding students of craft training scheme of Mr. Johnny Lau. He holds a Higher Diploma of Production Engineering from University of Polytechnic.

f) Mr. Pan Li --- Manager of Production Department
Mr. Pan Li joined the CCI in 1998. Before joining the CCI, He worked as a production supervisor of a foreign company. He has more than 10 years of solid experience in the production management of plastic injection and assembly. He holds a Higher Certificate of Production Engineering from University of Polytechnic..

g) Ms. Lily Li --- Manager of Quality Department
Ms. Lily Li joined the CCI in 1999. Before joining the CCI, She worked as a quality control supervisor of a plastic products manufacturing company. She has more than 10 years of solid experience in the quality control and ISO9000 quality management system.
